Refund Policy

We want to make your online shopping experience as easy and seamless as possible. If you change your mind we are happy to provide you with a store credit or exchange for any item that is unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at orders@kyshennatural.com quoting "30-day returns" and we will look after your requirements 

If the items you purchased arrive to you damaged or broken please email us a photograph of the damaged goods with 7 days of receiving your delivery and we will provide you with a store credit or exchange. Please email us at orders@kyshennatural.com quoting "Damaged Goods" and we will ensure that your items are exchanged or a store credit provided

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order please email us your order number, the incorrect or incomplete item and we will send you a replacement or missing item within 7 working days. Email us at orders@kyshennatural.com with your concerns and we will rectify the problem.

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products please discontinue use immediately. Take a photograph of the reaction and contact us as soon as possible with the details and we will endeavour to guide you through the next steps. Please email us at orders@kyshennatural.com
